The History of Trust & Fiduciary Management Services, Inc.

In 2000, Trust & Fiduciary Management Services left its position as part of a larger firm and under the guidance of Dana Merrill and his long-time friend and now partner Steven Carhart to become Trust & Fiduciary Management Services, Incorporated (TFMS). For the next seven years, TFMS continued to serve its individual and institutional clients as it always had; by leveraging over 60 years of combined experience to create individually tailored investment portfolios.  In 2007, TFMS combined with leading independent research firm, Copell Financial. This merger gave TFMS the ability to expand its reach into both the public sector and out of the New England region. Today, TFMS serves clients on both coasts and offers a number of investment products both directly and through partnerships with like-minded firms.
